Cancellations need to be within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, appointments will be considered held and clients may be charged a fee, or if holding a gift certificate, this will be forfeited for the appointment time.
If you purchase a massage and need a specific date, day, or time, contact HRM before purchasing the treatment to confirm the appointment is available. HRM cannot guarantee any appointment slot prior to scheduling.
Massage therapists legally hold the right to refuse treatment to any client. If a client acts in an inappropriate manner, the session will be discontinued and client will be responsible for full payment.
All sales final. No refunds or exchanges for services will be given.
