While I never advise a painful or uncomfortable massage as the way to gain more effective results, I DO believe you should feel the positive effects after your massage. Thai Massage

Thai massage is an intricate series of stretching, rhythmic compressions, gentle rocking, and joint mobilization. It is much like having yoga preformed on you! A full Thai session is generally 90 minutes, but dependingson the client's needs. Thai is done on a mat on the floor, and the client is dressed in loose fitting clothing. This is a very calming and rejuvenating treatment that would be especially helpful for athletes or those who would benefit from increasing mobility and range of motion.
